It is located in Ningdong National Energy and Chemical Industry Base in Ningxia, which is a national key development zone and coal chemical industry base approved by the State Council. It is the core zone and rich area of coal, water and soil resources in Ningxia, and is also the "No. 1 Project" for development and construction in Ningxia. the annual output of 3,000 tons, 5,000 tons and 5,000 tons respectively,
photoinitiators 800,184 and 1173 are mainly used for UV coating, UV ink,
electronic printing ink and UV adhesive. The best feature is fast curing rate,
which can realize instantaneous curing (from 0.05second to tens of seconds).
They are widely used in traditional printing, circuit board processing and
microelectronic processing industries.Photoinitiator 907 is used as the
initiator of deep solidification in the colored system. 184 has excellent
anti-yellowing properties, especially suitable for coatings and inks with high
requirements for yellowing. As a liquid photoinitiator, 1173 has excellent
compatibility and can be used for the UV curing varnish of acrylic series on
paper, metal and plastic surfaces. It is especially recommended for UV coatings
that require only a slight yellowing even after prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Our core product photoinitiator 800 has patented technology, the process is simple and the cost is lower than that of other peers, and the procurement process is less affected by the upstream supply and demand.The main raw material isobutyric acid is fully self-produced and self-supplied.Through continuous testing and research and development, we apply unique raw material residual absorption treatment technology, with excellent product quality, pure appearance, no odor residue, high photo-initiating efficiency, photoinitiator 907 can be used in conjunction with other photoinitiators to improve curing efficiency, and it is in short supply. Our main customers are electronic ink manufacturers at home and in Taiwan and Japan.
